Detroit Lions Sign Cassius Vaughn

The Detroit Lions have found some CB help, signing former Indianapolis Colts cornerback Cassius Vaughn. They came to terms on a 1-year contract while Vaughn was in Detroit today.

Vaughn, 26, intercepted a career-high three passes in 16 games for the Colts last year. He made 11 starts in 2012. Vaughn comes from the University of Mississippi and was signed by Denver as an un-drafted free agent in 2010 and played two seasons there.

Vaughn had a career-best three interceptions in 2013 and ranked 76th at the position last year according to ProFootballFocus.
